Frances Elizabeth Rupert, known as "Pam" to her Friends, and "Cupcake" to her Daughter, went HOME, to be with JESUS, on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 1:52 P.M., at Conestoga View Nursing and Rehabilitation, Lancaster, Pa., where she had resided since 2010. She was 89 years old.
Frances was born on February 16, 1928, in Christiana, Pa. She was the Daughter of the late William H. and Mary E. Bonsall Borland, and the Wife of the late William "Bill" "Leroy" Rupert, who passed away in 1971, after 23 years of marriage.
Frances was a 1945 Graduate of Christiana High School, a member of Latta Memorial Presbyterian Church, Christiana, Pa, and a former member of the Christiana Fire Company Ladies Auxillary.

Frances enjoyed listening to country music, making crafts, sewing... Thanks, Mom, for the Ginny Doll clothes, preparing holiday meals for her Family, and visiting with her Friends over coffee. She loved "her boys", the Philadelphia Phillies! While at Conestoga View, she enjoyed playing BINGO, and doing puzzle books. She also discovered she had a hidden painting talent!!
