Mary J. Buckbee Miller Adam, 92, of Junction City, died Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Geary Community Hospital.

Mary was born June 23, 1925 at Cottonwood Falls, She was daughter of Gabriel Cleatus "Gabe" Buckbee and Nellie Robinson Buckbee.

She married Orville Miller August 17,1946. Together they lived in Junction City Ks and Emporia Ks. Together they had Two sons. Ervin Eugene "Gene" Miller born March 1947, and Donald Wayne Miller born July 26, 1951. Then divorced in the late 1950's.

Mary worked for Copavilla Motel in Emporia Ks. till she retired.

She married William Robert "Billy Bob", "Bill" Adam on September 12,1961. For many years they lived in Delavan, Ks. The two of them worked for the Crops of Engineers in council Grove Ks for many years. The two of them were in a CB Club for many years known as "Momma Blue and Hatman." The two of them moved back to Junction City Ks. were the two of them shared there love for Bingo.

It was Mary's wish to be cremated, and her ashes will be buried at Delavan Cemetery, at Delavan, Kansas, at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 27, 2017.
