Allen W. Ridgaway "Red Pin Man"

Allen W. Ridgaway, age 59, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, October 22, 2017. Allen was not only the GM of First State Bowling Lanes for 41 years, but he also loved bowling and bowled three 300 games. He loved to be around people and always kept everyone laughing. Allen also enjoyed visiting casinos and playing poker.
Allen is survived by his sisters, Robin Ridgaway (Joe) and Martha Pedicone (John); lifelong friends, Diana Williams and Jennifer Desmond; "other mom", Rita Justice; and numerous nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Martha Ridgaway; and brother, Paul T. Ridgaway.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 from 9:30-11 AM at Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service in celebration of Allen's life at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park. Allen requested that attendees dress casually.
