DENNIS DINNEEN DEAD
Dennis Dinneen, who with three others was struck by the fast mail at Melrose a week ago Saturday night, died Monday and was buried Wednesday. Dennis T. Dinneen, his nephew, was instantly killed by the engine, but the other two men, Dan Ryan and John Dinneen, who were in the back seat of the spring wagon, were uninjured.
Dennis Dinneen received injuries which paralyzed his body from the waist down, also severe internal injuries, which finally caused his death. He was conscious to the last. We were not acquainted with him but he is said to be a good farmer and a first class citizen who will be greatly missed by his community.
