AGED WOMAN IS GATHERED HOME
Mrs. Eldridge Wright, about 65 years of age, passed to her final home in heaven at her home at Gardner on last Thursday night. Mrs. Wright had been a sufferer of pellegra for many months. During her long illness she was given every attention by her aged, devoted husband, an ex-Confederate soldier, loving children and kind neighbors, and though an intense sufferer part of the time, Mrs. Wright bore her affliction with that christian fortitude that denotes the truly pious. She was a devout christian, leaving abundant evidence that all is well with her soul. The body was laid to rest at the Gardner cemetery on Friday, a large crowd attending the funeral and interment.
