Delbert served 20 years in the Army where he met his wife, Ede Disbrow. They married February 2, 1962 in Germany.
Survivors include sons, James and Tony; daughters, Mony, Jeannette, and Joyce; eight grandkids, Danielle, Heather, Matthew, Mike, Julius, Teisha, Russ, and Jerry; and six great-grandkids, Gabe, Meadow, Kyla, Brooke, Carter, and Kelsie.
A service will be held Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Rogue Valley Christian Church. At 1 p.m. the VA will perform a military burial at Eagle Point National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
