Son of Richard Fitz Randolph 1705-1754 & Elizabeth Corlies 1716-1743. Rahway and Plainfield Monthly Meetings, born under last name Fitz Randolph, and later dropped the Fitz, carried name as Randolph. His brother Edward, followed the same practice, and children using last name as Randolph. Some of his grandchildren (of son Stephen) reverted back to using sir name as Fitz Randolph.

Thomas married Abigail Vail, daughter of Stephen Vail (1710-1777) and Ester Smith (1713-1771).

His death followed the next year in 1801, At age, 60 years.

Thomas bequeathed land to sons, Richard & Stephen. Two old fields to son-in-law Robert Richardson. Son Thomas, one hundred pounds of current money. Son Edward, land "being a Tavern lying on the main road from Brownsville to Uniontown, together with present Crop of Grain raised thereon". Thirty acres of land to James Russel's wife.
Tract of land to Henry Frozer's wife as also a young sorrel horse. To my beloved wife Abigail all my personal property except what i have already devised to her sole use. Executors: oldest son Richard & wife Abigail.
