Mrs. Jennie Powell, 88 years old, died Thursday evening. She formerly resided in Milton. She was a member of the Milton Christian church. Surviving are two sons, Harry of Milton and Charles James of Connersville; one sister, Mrs. Clarence Huntsinger, Laurel; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Powell will be held Sunday at 2:30 p. m. at the Christian church in charge of Rev. C. P. Stocke. Burial will Kavich of the Columbia Methodist I be in South Lawn cemetery at church officiating. Burial will be Dublin.
