"Mrs. Salina Long.
"Mrs. Salina Long, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Ranck, now deceased, was born at Stringtown, in Pickaway County, July 22, 1837, and died at her home in Kingston from a stroke of apoplexy on Wednesday, February 17, 1915, aged 77 years, 6 months and 25 days. Mrs. Long is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L.A. Pyle, of this city, and Mrs. Monroe Senff, of Kingston; a son, Mr. Clement S. Friece, of St. Louis; a brother, Mr. Albin Ranck, of Columbus; three grandchildren, Miss Blanche Pyle, of this city; Mrs. Robert Cryder, of Courtrlght, and Mr. Carl Friese, of St. Louis, and a great-granddaughter, little Miss Margaret Elizabeth Cryder, of Courtrlght. The funeral services will be held from the Kingston residence at 1 o'clock Friday [19 February 1915] afternoon, Rev. Mr. Holderman, of the U. B. church of Hallsville, of which the deceased was a member, will officiate, being assisted by Rev. S. B. Yockey, of the Presbyterian church at Kingston. Burial will be made in the Dresbach cemetery at Hallsville."
