Mrs. Linda Austin Cannon, age 68 passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in Perry Cemetery in Fayette County. Visitation will be Monday, October 9, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her parents: Robert M. and Etta Mae Lashlee Austin, a brother: Rickey Austin and a sister: Peggy Austin.
She is survived by her husband: Aubrey Cannon, Whiteville, TN, two sons: Jerry “Bubba” McBride(Jeannie) Whiteville, TN, Jimmy McBride, Brownsville, TN, three daughters: Peggy Hill (Brian) Bolivar, TN, Nichole Winberry (Jonathan) and Rachael Kirkland (Roger) both of Whiteville, TN, two brothers: Ronnie Austin, Billy Austin (Barbara), three sisters: Karen Shackleford (John), Jessie Kirkland, Sandra Goodman (Charles), thirteen grandchildren: Hannah Hill, Ashleigh Maxwell (Rob), Drew McBride, Georgia McBride, Jenna McBride, Anthony McBride, Christopher McBride, Tiffany McBride, Ethan Garland, Cayley Garland, Jacob Bond, Hannah Bond, Dylan Cannon and many great-grandchildren.
