Aaron P. (Pat) Boyett was born to A.P. and Phyllis (Giles) Boyett on July 27, 1923 in San Antonio, Texas. Pat had one sister, Marice Boyett Wills. Pat attended Thomas Edison High School in San Antonio, Texas. He married Alma E Davis in 1942 and together they had a daughter, Melissa Lou Boyett Brinkley. Pat served in the US Army during World War II where he served in the Pacific Theater in the communication corp. After his military service he worked in radio and television in San Antonio, Texas. Later in his career he worked as a comic book artist with many of the larger comic publishing companies. He was a Texas history buff and loved his hometown of San Antonio. He lived in San Antonio until 1990 when he and his wife moved to Fort Worth, Texas.
