Mrs. Elizabeth A. Ashby, a lady well known in the Valley of Virginia, died on Saturday in Baltimore at the residence of her son, Dr. T.A. Ashby, aged sixty-five years. She was the widow of the late Thomas N. Ashby. She was born in Virginia and during the war her house was open to wounded and sick soldiers. She leaves two sons, Dr. T.A. Ashby and Mr. W.R. Ashby. The remains were taken to Front Royal yesterday for interment
