Born in Greenville, a son to Randall Howard and Connie Jean Mann Ballew, he was the owner and operator of Randy Ballew and Son Roofing, LLC and was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Greenville.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents are sisters, Donna Jean Ballew and Brandi Harshaw; nephews, Kyle, Kirk, Jake, Kai, and Maddox; brother-in-law, Robby Robbins and his wife, Melanie.
Mr. Ballew was predeceased by two nephews, Jeremy and John Thomas.
Burial will follow at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
