E.J. is buried in Fowlkes Cemetery, known also as Parker-Fowlkes Cemetery in an unmarked grave, as noted on pg 170 of Dickson County Tennessee Cemetery Records, Part I, by Garrett and McLain. "Dropped dead in the street (from a heart attack)...buried Fowlkes Cemetery on Parker's Creek near Spencer's Mill." Also referenced on pg 28 in Dickson County Tennessee Cemetery Records, Part II, by Garrett and McLain, "LUNN, E.J. no stone found buried here, died 1918. His daughter, Mary "May" Lunn Turner, also had hand written a brief biography of her family including her father, "my father was borned in Perry Co...father was 73 when he died" which correlates to the 1900 census records listing his birth date as October 1845. His wife, Mary Elizabeth (Fowlkes) Lunn, b. 24 Jan 1856-10 Oct 1903 does have a stone and is buried in Fowlkes Cemetery, known also as Parker-Fowlkes Cemetery.

On page 98 in Dickson County Tennessee Cemetery Records, Part II, by Garrett and McLain, "LUNN, E.J. born 7 Oct. 1845 in District 4 of Perry County; father died and left mother with five boys in Williamson county; in Feb 1857 moved to Perry Co. to her father's, Thomas Hooten, on Crooked Creek; 1860 got hand torn off in a thresher; married 18 July 1870 to Mary E. Fowlkes, daughter of J.H. Fowlkes of Beaverdam in Hickman County; had 12 children; in 1881 came to Dickson (Not obituary; 3-22-1912)."
