It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, Angela Bridget Blakeburn in the An Cala unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012. Born in Trepassey, N.L., to Richard and Bridget (Kennedy) Pennell, she was the eldest of seven children.
