The youngest of 10 siblings Earl was born at the family home in South Lancaster,Mass. Graduating from SLA in 1956. He had a great love of cars and could be seen racing around Lancaster(sometimes backwards)through most of his younger life. Following two of his brothers to Maine he met Nancy Koskela at the Oxford Plains Speedway and they married May 17,1970. He drove big trucks over the road and had his own logging truck until moving to Mass in 1986. Where he worked driving deliveries for Atlantic Graphics until his retirement in 2000,when he moved back to Maine.

He spent many winters in Florida with his wife and in-laws and would run into people he knew most any place that he stopped.

He loved mowing lawns and could often be found in his or a neighbors yard keeping the grass nice and neat.

Above all he loved his family. Having many nieces and nephews and his 4 grandchildren close by was a great joy to him,and being able to see his brother Jim every day, who was his best friend for almost 80 years.

He will be remembered by many for the joy he brought, his kindness, fairness, his strong work ethic and his love for family.
