Funeral service for Carl Jackson Dill, 72, of Mulberry, was held Tuesday at 2 p.m., at the Center Point church, with Rev. Glen Dipboye and Rev. Boyd Allen officiating. Burial was in Hixson cemetery under the direction of Greers.

Mr Dill died Monday at 4:05 a.m., at Turner hospital here. A resident of Franklin county most of his life, he had recently moved to Mulberry from the Cravens community.

Survivors include his wife Annie Owen Dill; two daughters, Mrs. Juanita Simmons of Earth, Tex., and Mrs Nettie Riddle of Booker, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Atkerson of Strathmore, Calif., Mrs. Addie Boyes of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mrs Mary Sublett of Dallas; six brothers, Tom of Brownsville, Tex., Will of Fresno, Calif., and Horace, Connie, Lonnie and J.D., all of Strathmore, Calif.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Carl Jackson Dill, buried 3-7-1967, s/o Andrew Jackson Dill Sarah Bush, m. 1922 Franklin, Arkansas, Annie Malinda Owen, b. 1-11-1898 Franklin Co., Arkansas, d. 4-30-1972 Van Buren, Crawford, Arkansas, and they had Carl Jackson
