Lou Z. Angell, 89, died suddenly in his home Friday evening, March 5, 1999. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Delaware, with the Rev. Jonathan Wessel officiating. Burial: Fairview Cemetery, Earlville. Friends may call at the Clifton Funeral Home, Earlville, from 3 to 7 p.m. today and at the church from 10 a.m. to time of services Monday.

Surviving are his wife, Marie; a daughter, Juanita (James) Hargrave of Monticello; a son-in-law, Wallace Pensel of Dubuque; and three grandchildren, Kenneth Pensel of Columbus Junction, Gary Pensel of Dubuque and Heather Kalous of Center Point.

Preceding him in death were a daughter, Janet Pensel, in 1982; a sister, Rena Reynolds; and two brothers, Myron Angell and Harold Angell.
