Albert E. Sindlinger was the son of Charles A. Sindlinger and Mary I. Gray. He had one younger brother Walter Eugene Sindlinger. He was first married to Thelma Marie Jolliff on December 3, 1929. He and his wife had three children: Jacqueline, Norman, and Edward. He second marriage was to Nellie Hovansian on November 26, 1966.
Albert E. Sindlinger graduated from Ohio University in 1928 with a Engineering Degree. In 1935, he become director of promotion and advertising for the "March of Time" a documentary film program and in the mid-40's, he was executive vice president of George Gallup's Audience Research Inc. In 1948 he formed Sindlinger & Co., with President Hoover as the investor to figure out how the consumer mind works. Albert was a noted Pollster and Economist. He was 93 years old.
