Fred died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. He was born on May 12, 1953 in Hopkins County, the son of Henry Fred, Sr. and Cora Capps Underwood. He worked as a cabinet maker and retired after 40 years. He loved to play the piano, guitar, and read his bible. He is survived by his wife, Elexia English Underwood whom he married on June 2, 1972 in Weaver, TX. Fred is also survived by son, Chad (Stefani) Underwood and daughters, Amy (Scott) Kirkwood and Marci Underwood; sisters, Freda (Bill) Birdwell and Edna Rawson; grandchildren, Jordan, John, Ava, and Mya Underwood, Taylor, Evan, Megan, Skyler, and Braelyn Kirkwood, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Lula Pierce, Shirley Momon, Mary Rehbeger, and Betty Peugh.
