John Adrian Decker (1882-1979)

He was the son of Marinus Decker (born Dekker), Sr. and Petternella "Nellie" (Van Blausen, "Blue"). His mother reportedly had 12 children.

She was born April 20, 1872 in North Eaton, Ohio the daughter of Thomas King and Harriet "Hattie" Van Wagner. She died March 2, 1934 age 61 in Cleveland, residence, 1236 E. 125th St, Cleveland, OH. Both were buried in Knollwood Cemetery, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

He married Ruth Emery age 49, at age 44, on Nov. 27, 1926. Ruth was born 1878 in England, the daughter of Jabed Emery and Elizabeth Johnson. She died Jan. 17, 1962 age 84 at home in Cleveland Heights, OH. Buried in Knollwood Cemetery, Dr John G. Balyo officiating; sister of Alice Morley of England.
