Mr. Alexander is survived by a son, Melvin Alexander, Graves County; five daughters, Mrs. Lewis Cagle, Mrs. Helen Evans and Mrs. Phillip Stephenson, all of Graves County, Mrs. Gerald Holland, Jackson, Tenn., and Mrs. Jimmie Ray Thompson, Fancy Farm; a brother, the Rev. Fred Alexander, Benton; a sister, Mrs. John D. Lanmon, Graves County; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Mayfield Memory Gardens.
