Ken passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017, in Houston, at the age of 77 years.
He is survived by his wife, Suzie Chancelor; children, Michael Douglas Chancelor and his wife Courtney, and Aaron Wayne Wilkerson; grandchildren, Carter Chancelor and Cohen Chancelor; siblings, Jefferie Clark and her husband Norman, and Karen Beavers; nieces and nephews, Emily Suzanne McCann, Brad Sanders, and Bryan Sanders; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Douglas and Gladys Chancelor; and a brother, Jerry Hall.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Schmidt Funeral Home – Grand Parkway Chapel, in Katy, where funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with Chaplain Daniel Schramm officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Ore City Cemetery in Ore City, Texas.
