Claimed by Death
Herbert L. Butler, 63, a Nevada cattleman, died at 11 p. m. Sunday at the home of a friend, O. G. Mc-Rill, 1128 Seventh avenue east.
Mr. Butler was born in Amerlcus, Kans., in 1884. He was owner of a ranch at Dry creek between Wells and Contact. Nev., where he resided for many years.
He is survived by his widow. Mrs. Edith Flora Butler; a son, Lloyd H. Butler, a senior in the Wells high school; two brothers, John Butler, Dunlap, Kans., and Dale Butler, Idahome, and three sisters. Mrs. Clarence Weaver. Mrs. Hazel Woodmansee and Mrs. Ethel Bell, all Dunlap.
The body Is at the White mortuary. Arrangements for the funeral will be announced later.
