Russell Brown Loper age 83 passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at her home in Newnan. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 24, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home. Burial will follow at West View Cemetery.
Mrs. Loper was a born in Laurens County and had made her home in Milledgeville before moving to Newnan. She was a retired employee of Central State Hospital and was also a private sitter. She was preceded in death by her husband Shelton B. Loper who died in 1965. She was a Methodist by faith and attended Freedom Church.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. at Moores Funeral Home in Milledgeville.
