Phyllis is survived by her sons Chris and his wife Nicole and Peter and his wife Diane. She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren Lauren, Michael, Daniele, Jack, Conor, and Emmet. Phyllis is predeceased by her husband John and son John Patrick. Family will receive friends today from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Higgins FS, New City.
