Frank Ramsay, 98, died June 1, 2014 at Minneola District Hospital. He was born August 26, 1915 in Minneola to Fred and Maude (Cox) Ramsay.
He was a longtime Minneola resident and farmer. Frank graduated from Minneola High School. He was a member of the Minneola Community Church. He had served on the Minneola School Board, COOP Board and Credit Union Board.
On June 1, 1945 he married Geraldine Gee at a country Church near Kinsley, KS. She died June 21, 2013.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Carol Sibley and husband Jeff of Minneola, and Jeridith Joseph and husband Fred of Denver, Colorado; 3 grandsons and 3 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 6 at the Minneola Community Church officiated by Pastor Shawn Leach. Cremation has taken place. There will be no public visitation. A private family Inurnment will take place before the Memorial Service.
