Mr. Elmer Crowe, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Wellstar Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain Hospice. He was 90.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services at Woodstock with the Rev. Ken Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 12:30 on Thursday. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Poole Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Flowers will be accepted.

Mr. Crowe was born February 6, 1927 in Cartersville, Georgia to the late Daniel Felly and Dolly Shepard Crowe. Mr. Crowe later joined the U.S. Army and served his county during WWII. Mr. Crowe was a Master Carpenter by trade and worked over 70 years in the building industry.

Mr. Crowe is survived by his wife of 74 years, Mrs. Lottie Crowe, Kennesaw, GA; two sons, James Crowe, Marietta, GA., and Dennis Crowe, Cartersville, GA; three daughters, Pat Sosebee, Woodstock, GA., Judy Prisock (Alan) Canton, GA., Kimberly Eldridge (Joey), Holly Springs, GA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren who he adored; also several nieces and nephews.
