Anna O'Brien, 71, of 26 W. Vine St., died Sunday at Cumberland County Hospital where she had been a patient for three weeks.

Born in Millville, she was the daughter of the late Clark and Ida Herman and the wife of the late William O'Brien. She resided in Millville for the last six years and prior to that lived in Penton. She was formerly employed in Salem as a sewing machine operator. Mrs. O'Brien attended the First Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are four sisters, Viola Engrem and Ruth Beckett, both of Bridgeton, Mary Carven, Pennsville, and Vera Crist, Cullman, Alabama.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. Arthur C. McKenzie, retired pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, at 11 a.m. Friday at the Carll and Padgett Funeral Home. Interment will be in Broad Street Cemetery, Bridgeton. A viewing will be held Thursday from 7 until 8:30 p.m.
