He was born and raised on the home farm where he lived until 1943.
Mr. Seering was born May 14, 1877 in the town of Hartland and grew up in that community. He was married December 22, 1905 to Amelia Mailahn.
Survivors include his wife, daughter, Victoria, Mrs. Vernon Monroe, and a step-daughter, LaVerna, Mrs. Ruben Bonnin, Angelica. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Frank of Minneapolis and Robert of La Porte, Indiana; two sisters, Helen, Mrs. Albert Graf of Milwaukee and Elizabeth, Mrs. Charles Lemberg of Bonduel.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 19, 2 o'clock at Zion Lutheran Church in charge of Rev. B Zimdars. Burial will take place in Woodlawn cemetery, Shawano.
Friends may call at the Wendt Funeral home at Bonduel until Wednesday morning, and at the church from 10 o'clock Wednesday until the hour of services.
