He was a farmer and rancher. He was the father of Wayne, Bob and Bill Curtis, Jimmie [Weston], Jean [Shepard] and Nadine [Randell]. He was the brother of Alfred, Willie Joe, Troy, Lee, Orvil, Ada [Ashlock], Janette [Bennett] and Ida [Beckham].
