Mary Emma, wife of John Richards, of Pittston, died here at the home of her mother, Mrs. Rebecca Arnold, yesterday morning of heart failure. The deceased was born in Bedford on November 9, 1857 and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Arnold. About 30 years ago she was united in marriage to John Richards. To this union were born four children, two of whom are still living, namely, Charles of Pittsburg and Roy of Clearfield. Mrs. Richards is also survived by her husband, her mother and one sister, Mrs. Ross Moore of Wilkinsburg. Mrs. Richards was a faithful member of the Lutheran church.
