Charles Binns and his brother, Joseph Dixon Binns, were born to Benjamin Eastburn Binns and Julia Day Binns, early settlers of Buchanan, Berrien Co. MI. Charles lived for one year and rother Joseph lived for ten years. They are interred in the Day Family Plot at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan (city that was platted out by grandfather, Andrew Craig Day, about 1834 while Indians were still camping around them). The parents located to Oklahoma, where they passed, later to be interred at Oak Ridge with the family. Bio by relative of the Day Family - Anita Rodgers
