Rebecca Wright, dau. of Capt. Samuel Wright, 3rd (Sgt. Samuel,3 Ens. Samuel,2 Esqr. Thomas, 1) and Abigail Goodrich (Jonathan,2, John,1) b. Sept. 7, 1726 at Wethersfield, Conn. She was shy of six years of age when her father died at sea. Rebecca never married and resided with one of her siblings or widowed mother during their various sojourns from Wethersfield to Goshen and nearby Colebrook, Conn. and lastly Lenox, MA. She d. May 13, 1813 at Lenox, MA at 86 years of age.
