Marjorie Nell McCollum, age 80, born February 21, 1937, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2017 at home in Plano Texas. She was the wife of William (Bill) McCollum and they shared 41 wonderful years together.
Born in Bessmay Texas she was the daughter of T.O. and Margaret Holt, both deceased.
Nell will always be loved and remembered for her outgoing and caring personality, and her ability to show how much she cared in most everything she did. Her greatest joy in life would have had to be her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Nell is survived by her husband William (Bill) McCollum, children Linda Adams, Rex Adams and wife Diane, Mike Adams and wife Martha. 12 Grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Dennis Earl Adams and Andy Adams.
The viewing and visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas Texas 75243 (Main Building) on Monday, September 11, 2017, from 6 to 8 pm.
