Marion Ahern was born August 4, 1914, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to John Woods Ahern and Blanche Hannibal Ahern. Marion was a dancer for MGM. Originally from Provo, she left Utah to pursue her Hollywood dreams in the 1930s. She started out at Paramount but was transferred to MGM, where she met Charles Grenade "Hal" Bewley, who was also on studio loan-out from Twentieth Century Fox and a stand-in for Clark Gable. They married in 1934 and divorced ten years later. She then married Pearce Patrick "Pat" Curran in 1946. Marion passed from this life February 10, 1976, in Los Angeles, California.
