Services for N.A. Leeth were held in the First United Methodist Church for one of Hico's oldest merchants. Born in Hamilton County, he was the son of pioneer residents of this area. He married Mrs. Mattie Joe Leeth who preceded him in death. He had lived in Hico since 1927. He had been a longtime owner and operator of a general merchandist store, having been in business at Fairy before moving to HIco. Survived by two sons - Vernon "Jack" Leeth and Adolph Leeth; five sisters - Mrs. Lela McAnally, Mrs. Donnie Brown, Mrs. Ina Sorley, Mrs. Eudie Reesing, Mrs. Mamie Appleby; one brother - V.R. "Doc" Leeth; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
