Mr. Alger was a 30 year resident of the Eustis, FL area when he died at King Road there, of pneumonia. He was retired and single.
His parents were Francis Alger and Liddia [sic] Smith, both of MA.
Mr. Alger was cremated, and account charged to Mrs. Edward Kemp of Wading River, Long Island, NY

Mr. Cyrus W. Alger, 81, died at his home near Austin, Monday morning.
Mr. Alger is survived by one niece, Mrs. Edward Kempf of Wading River, N.Y., and three nephews, Mr. Carl P. Alger of Wayne, Mass, Mr. William P Tuttle of Dover, N.H., and Mr. Gene Coggswell of New Canaan, Conn.
The remains will be forwarded to Boston, Mass., by Carey Hand Where services and interment will be held.
