Hattie married Dan Stotts Oct. 7, 1893 in Warren Co., Tennessee. They had three sons: Louis, Asbury and Roy Stotts. It is unknown when Daniel "Dan" Stotts died.

Harriet Clark "Hattie" Fults was a daughter of Marshall Fults and Nancy Caroline Campbell Fults of Warren County, Tennessee.

A few months before Martha Fults Duke (Hattie's sister) died in October 1940, she had received a letter from Parkie Morgan, Hattie and G.W. Morgan's youngest son. He stated his mother had died. Hattie's boys, Louis Stotts, Asbury Newton Stotts, Roy Stotts all went to California.
