EL CAMPO — David Nealand Jordan, 73, of El Campo, died Tuesday morning, Dec. 4, 1990, at his residence following a long illness.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Uvalde Cemetery with the Rev. Sam Mask officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Wheeler Funeral Home in El Campo.
He was born April 17, 1917, in Mount Vernon to the late John Henry and Miranda Draper Jordan. He retired after working for 30 years as a produce buyer for A&P and a was a member of the Elks Lodge.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his wife Peggy Ruth Jordan; two daughters, Carol Spring of Port Aransas and Candy Rogers of Uvalde; a son, David Jordan of Uvalde; three sisters; and three brothers; and four grandchildren.
