Larry Gene Huffman, Jr., 55 of Wellington, Missouri passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 S. St., Lexington, MO, 64067, 660-259-2245. Larry was born on November 14, 1961 in Richmond, MO to Larry Gene Huffman, Sr. and Rebecca Jean (Patton) Huffman. On August 6, 1983 he married Kathryn Darleen (Markley) Huffman. She survives of the home. Larry owned and operated Third Generation Tree Care in Wellington, MO. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Larry enjoyed going to the lake, boating and fishing.
Larry is survived by his wife, Kathryn Huffman of Wellington, MO; two children, Amanda Smith and husband James of Odessa, MO and Anthony Gene Huffman of Wellington, MO; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Joshua Smith of Odessa, MO; four brothers, Chris Huffman, Sr. and wife Tammy of Lexington, MO, Jerry Huffman and wife Linda of Grain Valley, MO, Andrew Huffman of Lexington, MO and Marty Miller of Lexington, MO; three sisters, Sharon Davis of Richmond, MO, Carryne Earnest and husband Jimmy of Richmond, MO and Bianca Huffman of Lexington, MO; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Alfred Huffman and a sister Valerie Huffman, both, in infancy.
