Zephaniah and Nancy were living in Wilson,Choctaw, Oklahoma in the 1920 census (taken 22 February, 1920). His name is, incorrectly, listed as Cephaniah Pennington in that census. It list Cephania age 66 born in Missouri & Nancy age 67 born in Texaz

There is no burial information or death record that I can find. As they lived in Texas it is assumed he is buried in Gober Cemetery with his father & daughter - property donated by Nancy's father, James Madison Carpenter.
