Ronald (Ron) Craig Addis, 73, Hardy passed away Monday August 28, 2017.
He was preceded by his parents, Berkley Addis and Evelyn Donahue and his step-mother, Garnet Addis.
Ron served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the Communications Department of the Norfolk Southern Corporation.
Surviving are his wife, Sylvia Addis; daughters, Kathy (Stecy) Walls, Lynda (Sherman) Hopkins; three grandchildren; step-son, Stacy (Laura) Melton and two step-grandchildren
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm, Friday, September 1, 2017 at Simpson Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert Stutes. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
