Surviving are his loving parents Robert H. Lawson and Bertha A (Godman) Lawson, and siblings Walter, Roxie, Marvin, Florence, Lester, Nellie, Johnny, Raymond, Willo Bee, Grady, Sterling, and Clarence.
Carl was buried in the East Lynn Cemetery with Sharon and Sherad.
