Rex D. Skinner was a son of Robert Kenneth and Agnes Irene (Ripley) Skinner. He was born in Selma, Delaware Co., In. We found him in 1940 in with his mom, Agness and step-dad, Olin Shipley. They were living with Olin's mom Cora Shipley. Rex also had a sister: Greta Lou Skinner b. Apr. 24,1932 who married an Apple d. Jan. 1,1997:buried Mays Cemetery.

Rex married Lillie Agnes Hinton on June 24,1947 in Henry Co., IN daughter of Lewis and Dovey (Bowen) Hinton. They divorced he remarried.
