Mildred was 95 years old and the daughter of Hiram Case Allen and Mary Smith Allen.
She was retired from the Illinois Central Railroad where she was a telegraph operator and station agent.
Survived by her two sons, Gary Green and Phillip Green; a granddaughter, Damie Leigh Green; two sisters, Margaret Dunn and Monelle McCaffery.
Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Winford L. Green.
