Dennis Arthur Jain went to be with the Lord on May 29th 2017, in Kitsap County, Washington with his best friend, Constance, by his side.
He was born in Yakima, Washington on 6 February 1943 to Theodore Philip and Elda D. (Wulff)Jain.
Dennis graduated from Yakima High School, in Yakima, Washington and hung around the
Yakima Air Terminal – McAllister Field learning to fly many different types of aircraft. He became a commercial charter pilot, working many charter flights for the forestry service and private individuals until he was drafted into the military in 1967.
Dennis elected to enlist in the United States Navy, and served during the Vietnam War and spent his naval career around Sand Point, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; Dallas, Texas and New
Orleans, Louisiana, where he retired in 1996, as a Air traffic Control Master Chief(E9).
Dennis first married Velma L. Hyzer on 17 March 1975 in Dallas, Texas. After about fifteen years and ten months, on 1 February 1991, they divorced in Dallas, Texas.
He married his second wife Constance Allen on February 3, 1995 and together they raised one daughter, Kerry. They stayed together for about sixteen years and three months, until they divorced on 25 May 2012 in Lincoln County, Washington.
In his spare time he enjoyed photography and nature. Winning a couple of photo contests for his photographic vision.
He is survived by his family: Constance, Kerry and Andrew; Larry, Julie, Adele and Michele.
Dennis leaves his memories to be cherished by his family and friends. He will be laid to rest at the Washington Veterans Home Cemetery in Retsil, Washington.
