She is proceeded in death by her parents, Ira Ray and Ava Ruth Hurley, 2 sisters: Sue Matthews and Linda Hurley and 1 brother: Jimmy Hurley
She is survived by her long time companion, Sam Lunsford of Booneville, 3 Sons: Roger Rackley and Harlan Rackley of Jerusalem; Scott Mueller of Dover; A daughter: Kelly Blalack of Hector; A brother: Jerry Hurley of Russellville, and 2 sisters: Bobbie Haag and Sandy Johnson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service in Booneville.
