Bill, 71, 1115 Inverness Drive, Findlay, died at 3:35 a.m., at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center.

He was born to King T. and Helen I. (Myers) Cunningham. His mother survives in Attica, Ind. On Aug. 13, 1970, he married Martha J. Kendall Cooper and she survives.

Also surviving are a son, Steven S., Conyers, Ga.; two daughters, Terry Millon and Lori (Marc) Saldana, all Harlingen, Texas; a brother, Mike, Veedersburg, Ind; one sister, Myrna (Charles) Boggs, Veedersburg; eight grandchildren, one stepgrandson and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased are an infant son, Billy King; a stepdaughter, Carol Lynn (Cooper) Martin; and a sister, Sharon Allen.

He retired as a supervisor at Whirlpool in 1988. He also had worked part time at Hillcrest Golf Course, Findlay. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he was a member of College First Church of God and Friendship Sunday School Class, both of Findlay, the Masonic Lodge and the American Legion, both of North Baltimore.
