STARKVILLE — Jurry Mae Bardwell, 94, died Aug. 18, 2017. Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Second Baptist Church in Starkville with the Rev. Joesph Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Josey Creek Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday at Century Hairston Funeral Home in Starkville. Mrs. Bardwell was born July 23, 1923, to the late Charlie Drake and Luthenia Hutton. She was formerly employed with Steward Florist and was a member of Second Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Louise Garden; son, James C. Brown; and four grandchildren.
